These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Project Profit Tracker (the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. A workspace owner is responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content;
attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security;
access data belonging to other customers without authorization;
resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the project, financial and team data you enter ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time (CSV) and delete a workspace and its data from Settings.

4. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans and their limits are described in the app. When online payments are enabled, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service provides financial tracking tools for your convenience and does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the [12] months preceding the claim.
